By downloading or buying Groundbase, you agree to these terms. They're written in plain English on purpose.
License
A Groundbase Pro license is a one-time purchase that grants you the right to install and use Groundbase on up to three computers you personally own. Licenses are non-transferable. Sharing your license key with others is not permitted.
The free tier of Groundbase may be used without a license, subject to the limits described on the pricing page (25 contacts and the other free-tier restrictions).
Refunds
If Groundbase doesn't work for you, email support@groundbasecrm.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions.
Your data
Your CRM database is yours. It lives on your computer in a standard SQLite file. We make no claim to it. If Groundbase is ever discontinued, your app keeps working — there's no server to shut off.
Integrations you connect
Groundbase optionally connects to Twilio (for SMS) and to email providers (for inbox). You are responsible for those accounts and the costs they incur. Groundbase doesn't host SMS or email — it acts as a client to services you sign up for separately.
Warranty & liability
Groundbase is provided as is. We work hard to keep it stable and to fix bugs quickly, but we can't promise it's fit for any particular purpose. Back up your database. The maximum amount we'll ever owe you for anything related to Groundbase is the amount you paid for your license.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted on the changelog or sent to license holders by email.
