Free, and honest about what it isn't
Groundbase Free is the CRM part of Groundbase, for keeping track of people and work. It doesn't text, call or send email itself: the phone and email buttons on a contact open your own phone or email app, and you can copy everyone's emails in one go. It has no invoices, bookings or automations, it doesn't sync between computers, and there's no Mac or phone version.
All of that is Groundbase cloud, including the part people like most: connect the Claude or ChatGPT you already use, and it runs your CRM when you ask. “Invoice Logan for his hours” and it's done. When you're ready, your contacts move across in one export.
