Web, Windows and Android. Same login, real-time sync.
Sign up once on the web. Install the native apps any time after; they use the same email and password and show the same data as it changes. No native Mac or iPhone app, and none is scheduled.
Versions from 2.1.11 on are signed with a new release key, so Android refuses them as an update over an older build. Uninstall the old app first, install the new one, and sign in again. Your data is in the cloud and nothing is lost.
Settings → About in any app. The desktop app shows a notice when a newer build is available, and the changelog lists what each one changed.
The desktop and Android help articles cover the usual causes, or email support with the version you are on.
SMS: campaign and Bulk texts nobody has answered are kept out of No reply and All; the megaphone icon lists them, and a reply brings the conversation back. Also in this build: lead forms can look like your website (button colour, background, text colour and font), the email designer's Global styles set the font, text colour and button colour for a whole email, and if Twilio refuses your saved login, Settings → Twilio says so and lets you reconnect.
