Android
The Android app is at the same package: com.groundbase.crm. Two ways to install:
- Google Play — search "Groundbase CRM" (once we're listed; coming soon)
- Sideload the APK — download from groundbasecrm.com (the "Download APK" button on the homepage)
Sideloading the APK is fine for personal devices. Android will ask you to confirm "Install from unknown sources" the first time.
iOS
Not available yet. iOS support is on the roadmap; if you'd be a beta tester, email support@groundbasecrm.com.
Features
Everything except the desktop-only features:
- Contacts, deals, tasks, notes, tags
- SMS (send + receive)
- Voice calls (both directions)
- Email (read + send via connected accounts)
- Real-time sync with web + desktop
Bulk import and full backup/export are web/desktop-only — those need a wider workspace than fits on a phone screen.
Notifications
Push notifications for inbound SMS, inbound calls, and voicemails arrive via FCM. Configure which alerts you want at Settings → Notifications in the app.
