Android
The Android app is at the same package: com.groundbase.crm. Two ways to install:
Sideload the APK — download from groundbasecrm.com (the "Download APK" button on the homepage). Android will ask you to confirm "Install from unknown sources" the first time.
We deliberately distribute via APK rather than Google Play. Play (and Apple's App Store on iOS) take 30% commission on in-app purchases, which is why most subscription apps either side-load or open a browser to handle billing. For Groundbase, the cleanest path is APK + handle subscription on the web. Cuts our cost, keeps your subscription at $9/mo flat instead of $25+ to cover Play's cut.
Signing in on mobile. The mobile app doesn't have its own signup form — you sign up once on app.groundbasecrm.com (which is where phone verification + Stripe Checkout happen), then sign in on mobile with the same email + password.
iOS
Not available yet. iOS support is on the roadmap; if you'd be a beta tester, email support@groundbasecrm.com.
Features
Everything except the desktop-only features:
- Contacts, companies, deals, tasks, notes, tags (full CRUD)
- SMS — send, receive, threads, scheduled queue
- Voice calls (both directions)
- Email — read, send, templates, attachments (photos), schedule send, drafts, drafts + scheduled folder filters in the inbox
- Cadences — view list, toggle active, see enrollments, minimal 1-3 step create, enroll a contact from contact detail
- Workflows + webhooks — toggle-first list view, read-only detail, simple single-trigger / single-action create (full multi-step editor stays on desktop/web)
- Booking links — view + toggle + share your public meeting types
- Real-time sync with web + desktop
Bulk import and full backup/export are web/desktop-only — those need a wider workspace than fits on a phone screen.
Notifications
Push notifications for inbound SMS, inbound calls, and voicemails arrive via FCM. Configure which alerts you want at Settings → Notifications in the app.
