Windows installer

Download from groundbasecrm.com → "Download for Windows". The installer (NSIS) is signed and unzips into %LocalAppData%\Programs\Groundbase.

System requirements: Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit. The installer bundles the Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime — no separate install needed.

What the desktop app does that the web app doesn't

The desktop app has the same UI and same data, but a few extras:

• Dedicated window — doesn't get lost in browser tabs
• System tray icon — minimize to tray
• Native notifications — OS-level toasts for inbound texts/calls, including when the window is closed
• Better keyboard shortcuts — global hotkeys for "show Groundbase" and "new contact"
• Auto-update — installs the latest version on next launch

macOS / Linux

Not built yet. The Electron code is cross-platform so it's a packaging-only lift; we'll publish builds once there's user demand.
