Subscription
$9.99/month after your 14-day free trial. Includes the CRM, one phone number, email integration, web/desktop/Android apps, real-time sync, and unlimited contacts/deals/tasks.
Manage your subscription at Settings → Account & Billing. The "Manage in Stripe" button opens the Stripe customer portal where you can update your card, change billing email, see invoices, or cancel.
Usage credits (top-up)
SMS, voice calls, transcription, and call recording are billed against a separate pay-as-you-go balance, NOT against your subscription. Reason: most users send a handful of texts a month, but heavy users send thousands — flat-rate billing would punish the first group.
Rates (subject to change; current rates always visible at Settings → Account & Billing → Credits):
- SMS — $0.025/segment (out + in)
- Voice — $0.05/min outbound, $0.025/min inbound
- Voicemail transcription — included
- Call recording — $0.0025/min
- Call transcription (Whisper) — $0.006/min
Top up in any amount (minimum $10) from the same screen. Auto-recharge is available if you'd rather not think about it.
Extra phone numbers
The first is included. Additional numbers run $3.50/mo each, billed alongside your subscription via Stripe.
