The dashboard is the first screen you see: a greeting with what's due today, and a set of cards summarising your account. You choose which cards appear, where they sit, and how big they are.
The cards
| Card | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Contacts | How many contacts you have, with a 30-day trend |
| Open deals | Open deal count and what is in the pipeline |
| Won | Everything closed won, all time |
| Unread SMS | Unread texts, and how many you have sent this week |
| Today's tasks | What is due today, with anything overdue called out first |
| Pipeline | Open deal value by stage, as a bar and a breakdown |
| Recent activity | The latest things that happened across your account |
| Outstanding invoices | Who owes you, overdue first, with the total still unpaid in each currency |
| Recently paid | Money in over the last 30 days |
| Campaigns | Your most recent sends and how they performed |
| Twilio balance | Your Twilio credit, so you see it before a send fails |
| Needs attention | Overdue tasks, invoices past due, and deals that have gone quiet |
| Quick actions | Start a contact, deal, invoice or task without leaving the dashboard |
Every card is available on every account — none is tied to a plan.
A new account starts with a default arrangement: the four number tiles across the top, then Today's tasks, Pipeline, Recent activity, Needs attention and Quick actions. Nothing changes until you change it.
Customising the layout
Click Customize in the top-right corner of the dashboard. You arrange it on the dashboard itself rather than in Settings, so you can see exactly what each card will look like at the size you give it.
While customising:
- Move a card — drag it to a new spot. The cards around it make room.
- Resize a card — drag its bottom-right corner.
- Remove a card — click the × in its top-right corner. It goes back into the tray, so you can add it again later.
- Add a card — opens a tray listing every card that isn't on your dashboard yet, each with a one-line description. Click one to place it. If every card is already placed, the tray says so.
Then finish with one of:
- Done — saves your layout.
- Cancel — throws away everything you changed since you clicked Customize.
- Reset — puts the default dashboard back straight away, replacing your saved layout.
Your layout follows you
Your arrangement is saved to your account, not to the browser, so it's the same on any computer you sign in on and in the desktop app.
The mobile app has its own home screen built for a phone, so your dashboard layout doesn't change it.
If you place a card on the web that an older version of the desktop app doesn't know about yet, the desktop app shows the rest of your dashboard without it rather than breaking. Updating the app brings it back.
The setup checklist
Next to Customize is the Set up chip, showing how much of setup you've finished (for example, 5/6). Click it to see what's left: bringing your contacts in, texting, email, invoicing, connecting ChatGPT or Claude, and your booking page. It floats over the dashboard rather than pushing the cards down, and you can hide it for good once you're done.
